(1) Power inspection personnel at all levels shall carry out periodic electricity inspection of customers according to this standard.

(2) If the customer violates the regulations on the safe use of electricity, the electricity inspector has the right to put forward rectification opinions and make rectification within a time limit.

(3) If there is a breach of contract or theft of electricity by the customer, the electricity inspector has the right to put forward handling opinions and order him to immediately stop the breach or theft of electricity.

How to check the fulfillment of the Contract for Power Supply and Consumption?

(1) Check whether the customer's actual use capacity, billing capacity, spare capacity and transfer capacity are consistent with the contract capacity.

(2) Check whether the dual power supply customer changes the operation mode without permission and whether the cold standby transformer is changed to hot standby without permission.

(3) Check whether the nature of the customer's electricity consumption is consistent with the contract.

(4) Check whether the customer has privately transferred the power supply or introduced the power supply.

(5) Check whether the customer pays the electricity bill as agreed in the contract, and if the customer fails to pay the electricity bill as agreed in the contract or agreement.

(6) Check whether the electricity price is implemented correctly, whether the fixed proportion of agreed electricity (or quantitative allocation) has changed, and

(7) Check the implementation of the special terms agreed by both parties.
