How to measure the polarity of the current transformer by DC method for power fittings?

The method of measuring the polarity of the current transformer by DC method is as follows

(1) Connect the "ten" pole of the battery to L1 of the first measurement of the current transformer, and the "one" pole of the battery to L2.

(2) Connect the "ten" pole of the multimeter to K1 and the "one" pole to K2 of the secondary case of the current transformer.

(3) When the switch is closed or the battery is turned on, the milliamp indicator of the multimeter should deflect in the positive direction from zero. When the switch is opened or the battery is turned off, the pointer of the multimeter deflects in the reverse direction, and its polarity is correct.

In order to reduce the voltage drop of the secondary wire of the voltage transformer of power hardware, the following measures should be taken.

(1) Lay the secondary circuit control cable dedicated to the electric energy meter.

(2) Increase wire section.

(3) Reduce the series connection of the transfer bridge.

(4) Using voltage error compensator.

What safety measures should be taken when working on the secondary circuit of the current transformer of live power fittings?

(1) It is strictly forbidden to open the secondary circuit of the current transformer (except for the optical current transformer).

(2) Short-circuit current transformer secondary winding must use short-circuit piece or short-circuit line, it is strictly prohibited to use wire winding.

(3) For any work on the circuit and wire between the current transformer and the short-circuit terminal, strict safety measures should be taken, and the secondary work safety measures list should be filled in.

(4) It is forbidden to disconnect the permanent ground point of the circuit during work.

(5) When working, there should be a special person to monitor, use insulating tools, and stand on the insulating pad.
